Extended Money-Back Guarantee through 31 January: If you are not 100% satisfied, return your order for a full refund. Contact us and we will email you the steps for a full refund.* Any lost or stolen items, as well as items damaged for reasons not covered under warranty, cannot be accepted back for a refund under our Money-Back Guarantee.

*NOTE: This guarantee applies only to orders placed on ShotKam Europe’s web store at eu.shotkam.com and shipped to Europe. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, all associated shipping fees are non-refundable.

Two (2) Year Warranty: If any technical issue arises within two years of purchase, please email us at support@shotkam.com for a Return Authorization Form. The warranty is non-transferable and remains solely with the original buyer who purchased directly from ShotKam's online store. It does not transfer if the camera is sold to a new buyer. The warranty is linked to the original buyer’s name and email address.
