30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied, return your order for a full refund. Contact us and we will email you the steps for a full refund. Any lost, stolen, or damaged units are not covered under warranty or eligible for refund. This guarantee applies only to orders placed on ShotKam Europe’s web store at eu.shotkam.com and shipped to Europe. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and associated shipping fees are non-refundable.

Holiday Extension: We understand many orders are Christmas gifts, so any orders placed between 25 November and 25 December may be returned through 31 January.

Two (2) Year Warranty: If any technical issue arises within two years of purchase, please email us at support@shotkam.com for a Return Authorization Form. The warranty is non-transferable and remains solely with the original buyer who purchased directly from ShotKam's online store. It does not transfer if the camera is sold to a new buyer.
